Mainpride Loft Conversions (UK) Ltd

Accessing your loft space

How you access your loft space is an important consideration, as you will have to add a new stairway into the existing layout of your house. Your new stairway may be added to an existing hallway, or if space is restrcted, it may become part of an existing room. And if you are fortunate with space, you can expliot this new space and create an additional usable area within your home, for example with a reading area. So why not be creative with your new space...

"I am writing to let you know how pleased we are with our loft conversion. Ken and Mick worked as hard as anyone who has carried out building work for us. Andy was most helpful in giving us the information we required over the type of boiler and suite we could have. What a charming man Ray is - nothing was too much trouble for him. The plasterers also worked very well in bringing the conversion 'to life'. Finally we very much appreciated the watchful eye you kept on all aspects of the job and your willingness to roll your sleeves up at important stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mainpride to anyone who was considering a loft conversion."
Mr & Mrs Coates, Sutton Coldfield.
